Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will offer:
- A replacement (if available), or
- A full refund
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items damaged after delivery
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected (if applicable).
